I needed to make a horse for my daughters friend, but there is a serious lack of cute horse patterns out there!  This is what I came up with, and I am thrilled with how it turned out!  She's made with 1 strand cotton candy lionbrand homespun and 1 strand pink simply soft yarn.  Crocheted with a K hook.  Thanks for looking!

I think I've died of the cute. I actually squealed "Lookit the pink pony" to my boyfriend who now thinks I'm crazy XD
It's totally adorable.
I don't suppose you could make up a tut for it?

That is ridiculously adorable. A couple of my friends are equine studies majors, they would LOVE these...Smiley

I'm not doing personal swaps right now, but if you're interested, go ahead and PM me anyway--maybe we can work it out for later. Smiley

Aww so cute.  Homespun is nice, I never thought of using it for amigurumi.

Thanks! Her legs are jointed so they can move.  She's a frankenstien of sorts--I borrowed parts for her from other patterns. Her head and body are from the chihuahua pattern, and her ears are from the cat pattern on the next page of the same book, plus an extra row to make them a little bigger.  The legs and nose are my own design. Someday I'll make a pattern--I actually signed up on etsy but haven't taken the plunge into selling anything yet!
