I love Basic Grey, Daisy D's, My Mind's Eye... LoL. It all depends on what you're looking for. While there is not a whole lot of "alternative" papers there are many companies that specialize in niche categories.

American Crafts for instance is known for their bold colors and graphic designs. Daisy D's often goes for a vintage feel. Basic Grey is ultra hip, ultra thick. SEI is funky and bold.

I am a 7 Gypsies whore. Everything they make amazes me. I'm also a HUGE fan of everything Tim Holtz, Daisy D's and Rusty Pickle. All vintage/distressy type stuff. Also, BasicGrey makes me drool. Smiley

There's a company from france making some seriously cool and different paper. It's getting easier to find in the u.s. Look for Rouge de Garance.

At first, I said, "WOW... not that bad for me"... and then I thought..."Maybe."

I use whatever brand I like.  I have 2 scrapbooks that I'm working on. LOL  One is 8.5 X 11 and the other is 12 X 12.  Not sure which I like the best.

I do buy some of my papers from the Dollar Store.  I get 8 pages (4 different prints) of 12 X 12 for $1.  I bought some the other day to cover my Journals with.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I've never seen such gorgeous paper... I'm a little biased though... I love bright colors! If it hadn't been for you I'd never have found them! Thank you sooooo much!!!!!
