Looking for a 12 in 2 chainmail base pattern

Out of nine patterns I need to learn for my sculpture class, this is the only one I can't find.  My teacher said it's European, but when I do a search all I find are Japanese related sites.  Can anyone point me to a site with instructions, or even a picture of the completed pattern -- I figured out Byzantine with just a close up of a bracelet.

I am really not sure if this helps, but another spot on this site said that you can get the "in 2" version of any "in 1" just by doubling the rings. 

Could it be as simple as this 6 in 1 made with two rings in each spot instead of one?

No, that's why they call it JAPANESE 12 in 2. It makes triangles and hexagons and stuff.....LOL

If it's European 12 in 2, then it would be 6n1 doubled, essentially King's Maille.

He is, but with all the snow we got this trimester, we lost a lot of class time.  I decided to see if there were some weaves that I could figure out myself to save time since I still have to make some items for my final project. 

Thank you for the info and links!  Phong's Tutorials are better than any I have seen so far.
