Ok so I posted this in color-a-month craftalong section already because well, it fit this month's theme.  I actually did both the cold work and the hot work on this piece although the hot work was basically drop a lump of glass on the marver.  It is hand ground and then polished in some areas and not in others to create the image.  I did almost all of the work with my dremel, the back needed  flatening so that was done on a grinding wheel but besides that it was my lovely little dremel.  I love that little guy.

I LOVE it! But then of course I love just about naything made with glass and anything Irish-esque!

Any chance you can get a better photo of it?
