Congrats on your best of 2007!! These are too cute not to make-

I'll admit- I do own a pair of CROCS - They were a Christmas present - But are the kind without the holes - Which i have been thinking about cutting something into since I got them-and when I saw these lovelies.. Boy well that was just the fuel i needed! I checked out Biglots in my area- and they have all the colors for the clogs - I 'll never have a pair of Crocs AGAIN!

i like your variation on the clog. i HATE crocs with a passion. and yes.. they are comfortable.. i have actually worn them when i was in nursing school... but they are not cute at all! maybe on little kids...    i really like that yours are cute for adults!!!

I went to Big Lots and bought the shoes!  They were already running low so my choice of colors was limited to what they had in my size.  BTW, did you have to go a size up?

I also bought some stencils and an exacto knife.  I'm not sure if I'm happy with the stencils I chose but I'll give it a try.

Thanks so much for showing all of us your wonderful idea!  I love it!  I hope mine will look as good as yours.  I won't get to them right away but hopefully soon.

The title caught my eye as Crocs are my Bete Noir!  These are a much prettier alternative!

These are so fun! I would definitely wear a pair. I need to see if my Big Lots has some!! I think they would be great to garden in, especially if I decorate them myself!!

I just have to say, I don't really care for crocs either but in defense of some of the people that wear them, they are great for hospitals and have been used for a lot longer than they've been sold in kiosks in the malls. Also, my friend had to bit the bullet and buy a pair when she was pregnant because her feet swelled horribly. I couldn't really blame her for having to wear them. She was in pain and they did help!

...i finished off the rest of the ice cream so i expect to be having another butt in the morning!!
