Hi!  This is my first project post here on Craftster.  I thought it was important to post a finished project of mine, which was only possible because of Craftster.  Now I really feel like part of the community Smiley

I knitted this top based on skwirel's V Cat's Eye pattern (found here: http://pearlknitpurl.blogspot.com/2006/08/v-cats-eye-pattern.html )  Thank you, skwirel!

The yarn is acrylic Bernat Berella 4 in a burgundy colour.  I have tons of it I have to use up!

I was too lazy to gauge, so I had to improvise in some places (and the reason why I decided to go sleeveless..hehe).

Anyway, I really like how it turned out, and I think it would look really cute longer as a dress.

Thanks to everyone for the compliments!

Lace knitting is tons of fun, and this particular lace pattern was easy to memorize.

This is so great! The red shows of the stitches really well, and I like it as a vest better than as a sweater. How much yarn did you use in total? Did you make any other modifications? Thanks in advance for answering!
