How adorable! I love them both. The blue one is best without the belt I think mainly because it's already somewhat of a busy dress with the polka dots and the tie straps, and anything else would send it over the top. But as it is it's perfect!

Nice work! I like it with the belt, personally, I think it makes it look like a nod to the classic style of the 60s. Although, I agree with blackheathen that white would be super cool.

I'll have to get a white belt then!!!!! Lol. I think that with the belt it's a little more dressed up than without it, so it's good for different occasions!!!! Cheesy

The first piece of clothing I ever made was a black skirt with pink polka dots and lots of pink tulle. I just love polk-a-dots. : )
