Hello all! I've been matroyshka/nesting doll obsessed lately and I've had the urge to embroider them. This will be the first of many - I was just testing out the design...

Nice!! Are you going to be adding color to them, or keep them as redwork? They're nice as redwork! But I was just thinking how colorful the dolls are, and how pretty they'd be in full color.

Great job. It caught the look of the dolls perfectly!

She's about six inches tall - but the next ones I plan to do will probably be smaller. As for the color I will probably be doing some in red and in blue - for a particular project, but it would be fun to do more colorful ones! Thanks for the nice comments everyone!
