Here's my latest kitty hat creation.
It's made of leftover blues and it's got plenty of duckies!

I also add the ducky chart I made , because it can also be used for baby blankets, kid sweaters etcetera.

did u use circular needles? if yes, how did u go about changing the yarn color for the duckies. i am currently working on a hat with contrasting hearts but i dont know how to go about changing the yarn color and ive experimented but it isnt working  Cry

Yes, I use circular needles and later switch on to pointless sock needles.
The technique is sort of fairisle. I lead the thread of the colour I don't use along with the one I do. You loose a little bit of stretch in a hat compared with knitting it with one colour. But if you take that into account with pattern and while knitting it's going to be fine.

Awesome hat!  The wrong side of my knitting never looks as neat as that.  Beautiful colours and pattern.  I'm so tempted to try a kitty hat myself now   Cheesy
