Here's my status.  I seperated the sleeves and then tried it on...yaaaayyyyy!  It fits!  It fits!  I'm making a sweater!  I'm a "big-girl" knitter now!  I'm so glad to have finally gotten to the point where I can make a sweater.  I don't know why, but I've  always considered the ability to knit a sweater one of the crowning achievements of knitting (just my own silly, personal feeling!  Smiley)

I think I'm gonna knit just one wide, red stripe in the center of the sweater.

P.S.  Awesome progress, Derkhan!

Stitch & Stones - you can do it!  A knitter never turns her back to a challenge.

Has anyone done a long sleeved version of this yet? I am, I've got to the sleeves and wondering how many decreases I should do or when I should stop decreasing? Anyone tried it?

I finished two sweaters with this pattern!  So exciting!  This was such an easy and quick knit - I definitely plan to make more.

Thanks for the pattern!

I LOVE how the Martifil stripes change on the sleeves. So pretty!

I did 3/4'' sleeves and have notes on my blog about my sleeve decreasing.

May or may not be helpful.

For my long sleeves, I just did the sleeve decreases as in the pattern until they felt snug and then knit until the length I wanted.  They felt slim enough that they didn't need any additional decreases.
