If anyone else geocaches, this might be a good idea for them!

so on April 4th, of 2006 my lovely then-boyfriend Tyler totally faked me out, created a fake cache page and decided to steal me away from studying for my college finals to do a cache.

Well the cache turned out to be a fake and he ended up proposing in one of our favourite places! sneaky bastid!

So for v-day he asked only for something homemade.. so I decided to create an authentic cache and put it in the place where he proposed!

so why not set up a cache in somewhere thats special to your boys/girls? It will especially help if it's a beautiful spot where peole can enjoy the view, etc.

for those that have no idea what I am talking about.. www.geocaching.com

It's my birthday! - November 8!

Haha, we did a geocache for my uncle at christmas as he's into them, he had to hunt around the house for almost an hour to find his present Cheesy Mint idea!

I did that for my boyfriend last year! And then he in turn created one for me for my birthday. It's such a cute idea.

For people that don't geocache and don't want to shell out money for a GPS, a scavenger hunt is a really cool similar idea.

I combined both for his last year. So first he found the micro cache under a park bench at school which had a library serial number. In a book of poems, on the page with "our poem" I had a puzzle which gave a clue to where we met. Finally he was given a locker number and combo to the lockers in the student center where his gift was waiting. He loved it!

I love this idea!!!!   My fiance and I have been geochaching together for several years now so it would be super easy to set him up for a surprise like this.   It would be really cool to have a mini picnic in a backpack and have romantic things in the geocache like a cd player and a blanket and wine and shit.....ooooh...I am so doing this.
