I am looking for the Swedish Yuletide gnome knitting pattern by Alan Dart. I found it on ebay but its from the UK and its like 20 bucks american. That blows cause it came from a free insert in the Simply Knitting magazine Issue 8. I will beg, buy or trade for this pattern. Has anyone made one of the gnomes? are they a booger or pretty easy. Thanks for the help.

I made them on year - and they are adorable.  MIL and one of my best friends puts it out for Christmas every year.  I made some minor adjustments to the pattern - I hate sewing knitted items, so I made it so that it was knit in the round and it saved me time, FYI - especially as I made about 8 of them or so.
