With apologies to Bob Dylan Smiley  It's done in laceweight (I think) Twisted Sisters yarn on size 6 needles.  I probably would have used size 4s but I didn't have any...

The bead pattern is from http://beadwork.about.com/library/weekly/aa111797.htm and it's meant to "parallel" the lace.
