I have dabbled in scrapbooking before, usually just making a page or two and framing it for someone for a gift.  So now, I'm in the process of making my first actual scrapbook!!!

Here is page one!!  The pages are 8in by 8in.  I'm going to cut all my pages tonight after posting this question Smiley

Question #1
I have this exact embelishment:

And it has stickyback, but I want to use it for the cover.  They are metal and weigh about as much as 3 quarters.  The cover is made of regular cloth cover.  Should I just stick `er on or try to remove the sticky and hot glue (or E6000?)  Any ideas?

That's the Army thing, and I want something representitive of our love too.  I might have to think on that one..

Question #2
This scrapbook is going to be of all the photos from my fiance's deployment to Iraq.   The pictures of us both, the ones I send him, and the ones he sends me.  I want it to be kinda a story thing, to have our grandkids see.  I don't really know what people would be intrested in.  I have lots and lots of love stickers and things like that.  As well as a few bits of poems and song lyrics, but is there anything else that would be intresting to the viewer?

You should get dog tags with yours and your fiance's name on them and use it on the front.  Then it fits with the army theme and the love theme. Smiley
And what would be interesting is parts of your letters to each other... You can make copies if you'd rather keep them whole and cut out bits of stories or stuff.  That's always fun.

PS. Your fiance is a fox.  Good job.
