I searched through the stacks of old corchet magazines I have (old I meant ones from the 80's) and have searched the internet, I cant find one. OK, I found one, but it wasnt quit what I was looking for.
I was really looking for something similar to the knitted "scary ski mask".
If anyone has one or has the link to one, please let me know.

well, i thought i saw one on head huggers, but now i can't remember. i searched for balaclava, and i found this one: http://www.tropicalyarns.com/index.cfm?PID=22&ProdID=624

and this one: http://www.flecktarn.co.uk/blcbl1nx.html

I'm not sure if these are the ones you want, the reall scary ones that cover the nose and have eye holes and a mouth hole are a bit harder to find there is one link on the craftster blog, but they are remarkably ugly. you'll have to disregard the yarn specs on those i think.

That is what I want, the scary looking ones, my hubby tours with a band  and the bass player always weres a mask on stage, when I showed my hubby the "scary ski masks", he said "you have to make one like that for Pete", well now I am on a mission, I bet I can nudge a basic pattern to work how I want it.
Thank you for the links!!
