i frantically knitted this scarf four days before christmas to give to my sister (wearing it in the picture) and it took WAY longer than I expected.  I had never actually finished one before, so this is a big step for me, as WELL as my first posted craft....

...i don't know what that face means, hopefully that she liked it..(?)

The first three scarves I attempted to knit are still to this day unfinished.  They're all striped, & I *HATE* weaving in ends!

Thats impressive!! I knitted a striped one for my sister-in-law and thought I was gonna kill myself, my husband, a fish... anything to finish it!! Yours is a million times better (mine was a yarn over Tongue)
