hey all,
i know there are some other japan lurkers out there... anybody want to do some kind of swap?  i do lots of crafty stuff so anything is fine with me... if anybody is interested, lets throw around some ideas and then decide together!

some ideas:
japanese crafts:  i can do sashiko, temari, and shuji, origami,
postcard exchange and then we can make collage/painting things?
fabulous japanese bags (you know, those neat ones that look like flowers or something... they are handsewn and the libraries all have books about them)
something cute and friendly
funniest english t-shirt you've seen?
best creation from a hyaku en item?

ok what else?

now, whether in punishment or reward, through all eternity, she must love and believe in what she did not understand.  -dennison

Hey hey,

I live in the UK, I'd be up for swapping, or pen paling.

I'm 38, love this site, I need more encouragement, ideas and time to make things!

Oh goodness I would love to do this. I love japanese culture
I am intersted in swapping anything
I really like this idea though:
postcard exchange and then we can make collage/painting things? and we could swap fashion magazines.

If this is still a thought, I'm in New York state and will send candy, cookies, some food you can't get in Japan?

I also make small felt purses ... I'm an illustrator and artist ... or anything else you can think of.  Cheesy

Would this be a Japan-only swap? I wish we had enough people to do a Japan-only swap!  The price to ship my swap packages is about the same, and sometimes more, than the price of the actual crafts. Tongue
