jerky is dehydrated beef or meat.

very yummy if made right but it also pulls out fillings from your teeth.....

You are very welcome Retro- redux!!  You were an amazing partner and I loved crocheting for you.  I'll dance with you anytime!!  You can use the stars and square potholders as dish rags, too.  If I am forced to wash dishes, I love to use those.

I had a great time!

Oh yeah, a question from a Brit here - what's jerky?  Huh[/color]

You being Vegan probably wouldn't dig it much. Wink

Get your WIST buttons ready!! I've said it before and I'll say it again. igobylorib is one of the BEST paper artists I know. Everything she makes me is unbelievable and I always say, "how does she know how to do that?"

First. Since we are both Lori - we're kind of like Thing 1 and Thing 2. She picked up these great trinkets while at Disney over the Holidays.

Second. My son LOVES trains and we're redoing his room with them. She sent me a picture frame and these great wooden trains that she painted and the words say red, yellow, blue. I want to put them on a shelf, but I let Cohen play with them last night.

Look how happy they made him. He was sitting at the table "patiently" waiting while I photographed them. Notice what is in his hands. He carries those dumb things every where. Smiley

Third. BEAUTIFUL Magnets. These are amazing. Please share your secret via PM.  Shocked

Forth. Some amazing amazing amazing wall art! This house is so perfect for me. You nabbed it right on! The V is because my last name starts with V.

Fifth and Sixth. The cute card (felt with blanket stitch) and HOLY PAPER BATMAN. Look at all of this stuff. It is all so beautiful! How did you part with it?

Seventh and my favorite in the entire package (really it all was my favorite!). This beautiful wall hanging. It will go so perfectly in my bedroom. And... AND... do you see those cute little matchboxes in the bowl? That is what sweet lorib sent me a few months ago for a Wist Swap and that is how we met. (AWE). Look how great that hanging looks with the matchboxes!! Right now they are on top of the microwave, but they are moving to the pink and brown bedroom.

I am so thrilled. Lorib you are amazing. Thanks a billion times over for the great gifts. When is our second date?

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.
