Well it says knit  but you could so easily do it in crochet. It says Jacob wool so if you want that there are plenty of spinners here who you could get info on where the nearest place to buy it would be. Honestly as a spinner myself it look like unspun roving. You could easily use 3-4 strands of chunky yarn and a huge hook to make a similar bag.  Or if you can do doule ended or cro hook crochet you could make a hook out of a broom handle and do it that way as well..Goodluck.

I can't tell, but it's really lovely and that's a great link for inspiration.

I'm working on something similar to this, I'm also writing down everything I do so maybe I can make it into a pattern.

Its done in Jacobs wool which is a kind of sheep breed. So you could use any really chunky wool you like to get that effect maybe even 2 strands together.

Haha! I am? Thanks!

it's getting done, just working out a few kinks. I may need a pattern tester or two in a couple of weeks.  Grin

Let me know, as long as it is not too complicated I can try it.  Either way I'm sure people would love to do this bag pattern.  Big bags are being shown everywhere.

It's easy, if you can chain, single crochet and decrease stitches (and if you can't it's explained in the pattern).

I'm currently frogging the second half due to the fact that I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. Do not Crochet while you watch Heroes. haha
