has anyone made ethiopian food before? it is SO good, and has that weird spongy sour bread to scoop up the dishes, called Injera. i've tried to make it from scratch (recipe from the book Wild Fermentation by Sandor Katz) but am not sure that all the variables are correct. when i perfect it, i'll let you know, in the mean time, has anyone made any of the other dishes? or if you have any injera or sourdough tips, let me know. thanks.
