Here's my first three goodies!  A reindeer hair pretty and scarf from dearjoan, and not one but two of those fantastic shrinky dink winter scenes from SParkie.  One's a necklace and one's an ornament for my tree!

I got my swap packages in the mail yesterday - three of them!  I was so wonderfully happy with everything!

I got my wonderful Christmas buttons from MissNewEngland - thank you so much for making them for me - they are better than what I had envisioned in my mind (I had another wonderful set, but somehow I left them out of the photo, but they are beautiful too!).  I can't wait to sew something up so I can attach my cool new buttons to.

I received a cozy gingerbread scarf from dearjoan - which is perfect timing as the weather is supposed to turn cold again this week and this will be put to good use!

And lastly I got Sparkie's winterscene necklace and ornament.  I've already hung it on the tree and am looking for something I can wear to show it off!

I came home on Friday to find TWO swap packages had arrived.

This GORGEOUS pear pin cushion arrived from Stacysews.  I can't sew at all (yet!) but I absolutely wanted a pear!  For now, this is a lovely addition to my mantle decor, and I couldn't be happier with it! 

I got these two beautiful winter scene pieces from Sparkie.  These are even better in person that I had anticipated....I love them and they totally remind me of my home...hence my username, I "miss New England" !!!! 

Thank you so much for your talents and hard work.  I look forward to many more swaps in the NEAR future.

I just had to get one of those pear pin cushions, so even though I didn't get stacysews, I asked her if we could do a personal swap. She's getting a wristlet from me, and I got one of those gorgeous pears. Aren't they incredible? I can't even begin to figure out how she makes them!

 

I've seen those necklaces up close too; those are pretty neat. Where abouts in New England are you from? I'm also a New Englander. I live in MA, right by the NH border.
