These are perfect for giving away as a gift... Here's my recipe;

150 g dark chocolate
0,75 dl cream
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of coffee powder (alt. cacao)
cacao powder

1. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath or in the microwave.
2. Mix cream and butter on the stove and just let it start to boil.
2. Mix in the coffee powder with the buter and cream.
4. Add the melted chocolate and STIR!
5. Let it cool in the fridge.
6. Make little balls and roll them in the cacao powder.
7. I usually store these in some folie, appr. 5-6 balls in each package, in the fridge.

"just keep crafting, just keep crafting"

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

I love using this site to convert measurements like this...
http://www.onlineconversions.com/volume.php

always seems to help me - even if I'm trying to break down something like how many tablespoons are in a half of a cup?, etc...
