First of all I would like to thank anyone in advance who would like to craft for me!

wish list:

my number one wish right now is this one: - fabric for making toys.  I make them for my own enjoyment usually but I'm making a batch for charity just now.  I'm looking for patterned or plain fabrics.

DIY kits:
- spinning kit - really want to learn to do this especially so as I can make hair for my rag dolls!
- art doll - I really really really want to try my hand at art dolls and if someone could point me in the right direction that would be very very very much appreciated.  I mean dolls like this:  https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=112577.0
- book binding (jacobs ladder, side-stab, coptic, etc)
- atc starter kit
- scrapbook starter kit.  I especially like the paper bag ones
- knitting in the round how to

Crafted items:
- A paper bag scrap book that I can put pictures in, such as: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=89774.0
- A sewing goody bag, like this one (I would love one of these! - esp. if it was adapted for quilting supplies or one adapted for doll making supplies):

I am from Scotland.  I have just graduated and am taking a year out and doing some volunteer work in Singapore, though I'm heading back to Scotland for christmas.  I like nice deep colours, ie deep red, deep green, deep blue.  I like to dabble in a bit of every craft but so far I have concentrated on sewing (especially soft toys), quilting, cross stitch, knitting and crochet.  Im really keen to learn new crafts!

Hiya! I'm in Toronto, Canada!  I'm 29... work full time and volunteer the majority of my free time to a children's community theatre company. I love to knit, felt and learn about new crafts.  I have a new sewing machine that I haven't done much more than look at. I'm itching to learn how to use it!

Here's my list: [thanks so much for taking the time to look through it!]

1. Taggie Blanket kit - fabric, ribbons and instructions. I would love to learn how to make one for some very pregnant friends! ie. What the heck is minky fabric?

2. Stenciling kit for onesies, bibs and burb cloths - it's a baby making virus and all my friends have it!

3. Caron Simply Soft Yarn - i can't find it here. I would love colours in white, grey, black, blues, greens, chocolate brown, reds... enough to make a scarf or mittens!

4. pincushion - i don't have one! I would adore one of those lovely flower pin cushions that have been cropping up everywhere!

5. soap making kit - especially the teeny tiny soaps found here!

6. sewing kit - I have visions of making kanzashi flowers, tote bags, fabric headbands, cinnamon scented hot pads and quilts. My fabric stash is pitiful. And I'm pretty clueless about where to begin. Huh

7. Supplies - yarn, wool roving, wool felt, ribbon, fabric...

Surprise me from my wists!  Thanks so much.

Hi! I'm Sarah in Houston, TX

I have ideas of what I'd like, but I'd love to get something that you add your own little twist to.  The only restriction I have is that I'm a vegan, so no animal products (leather, NEW wool--if you want to recycle an old wool sweater into a little felted something or other, that's ok, bone, silk).

1) I LOVE messenger bags...the ones about 12-14 inches long are probably better because they can go more places with me.  I do like the rectangular ones over the square ones though.

2) dolls of all kinds.  Repainted Barbies or barbie clones, stuffies, cloth dolls.  I especially like ethnic dolls (particularly Middle Eastern and Indian/Bollywood style), goth/punk dolls, and Japanese street style/harajuku styled dolls.

3) anything with camo and stars...bags, wristwarmers most desired

4) anything Star Wars (prefer the rebel side  ), especially Yoda and Ewoks, and either Queen Amidala (Padme) or Queen Apilana.  The only "bad" guy I like is Boba Fett

5) stuffed monsters (felt or crocheted) and felt food.  I have a little collection of felt and crocheted veggies and fruit, and would love to add more!

6)Nintendo style stuff...Mario themes, Lego Star Wars, Harvest Moon: Magical Melody are my favorite games.  Plus, I still have an original nintendo   and it works!

7)  Not sure if anyone can do this, but I would LOVE someone to make me a LaLa Orange or Shy Violet doll from Rainbow Brite.  I used to have a small LaLa, but she's disappeared   and they were my favorites besides Patty O'Green.

Baseball themed stuff, especially Houston Astros, Kansas City Royals, Boston Red Sox, and Pittsburgh Pirates.

9) A yard or 2 of Baltimore Orioles or Baltimore Ravens fabrics for presents for two cute little boys whose mommy loves Baltimore.

10) A surprise!!

I think that's it...some room for wiggling, right?  About me...I'm 27, still single  , have a cat and 2 dogs that are spoiled babies.  I'm one of those "crunchy" types--you know, cloth pads, would use cloth diapers for any future spawn, prefers "real" food versus frankenfood... I love punk/pop-punk/emo/screamo kind of music (think Victory Records and Drive Thru), especially Silverstein, Thrice, Fall Out Boy, Aiden, My Chemical Romance, and old New Found Glory (not really liking the new stuff).  I love dark shades of pink, red, orange, olive green and black, silver jewelry, baseball, twisted romance movies (Natural Born Killers, True Romance), and laugh at "horror" movies (I even laughed during Hostel and Saw).  I'm not scary, promise!

Hi! I'm Shannon, I live in upstate NY.

My list:

-Homemade air fresheners for the car. I saw some, so I know it's possible, although I don't know how to do it. Preferably the kind that hang from the mirror, although it's not that important. Scents: lavender, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, coffee, sandalwood, peppermint, grapefruit, ginger, basil, apple cinnamon... please no vanilla.

- The faux leopard stole from Leah's book!!!!!
See: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=124080.msg1198171#msg1198171

-Homemade soap. Soap soap soap. And candles!I'm almost out of my stash from the last round of swapping and I can't go back to store-bought! Scents: Coffee, patchouli, sandalwood, lavender, peppermint, grapefruit, ginger,basil...earthy and herbal scents, you get the idea. If you had a mold shaped like a sheep and I got a sheep soap, I would probably be happy for the rest of my life.Or an owl!

- A polka dot purse like this: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=98746.260

Or this: http://www.forestprints.com/BagsItem.aspx?ItemID=B0088

Preferably in red/white, black/white, navy blue/white or green/white.

-  The "Hey good lookin', whatcha got cooking?" shirt on my wists. Highschoolcrafter made it.

- A kitty pi, or other nifty kittycat bed. A crinkle bag would be neat too!

- I love mobiles and magnets. Possible themes for mobiles and magnets:

Vintage recipe cards
Catholic art (or Blessed Virgin of Guadalupe)
Hindu art
A found-object windchime
Dress-the-person magnets (1900-1950 style)
Poetry magnets
Things with wings-if you have an idea for this we could talk about it!
Anne Taintor-style magnets
A solar-system mobile with round-like-a-ball planets, not flat ones
geometric shapes are nifty for mobiles--there are some in my wists
Pieces of wood mobile
Sailing ships
red poppies

- This shirt. Oh Please. http://threadless.com/product/623/Haikus_are_easy_but

-I'm looking for about four Red-Heart sized skeins of worsted weight or heavier yarn that are all the same color for a sweater. Acrylic is fine, although anything but cotton would work! I'd really love a deep red, any kind of green, black, chocolate brown...not pink or purple.

-I'm always in need of your old wool sweaters, no matter how ugly. I unravel them for yarn, and felt them to make toys out of.

These are my top picks, but you can have a look in my wists for ideas too! Not the amigurumi though--that's just for my own inspiration.

I'm 22, in my last year of college, I'll graduate in May with a degree in English Adolescence Education; I'm student teaching at a Catholic middle school in the spring and I can't wait! I live alone with a giant orange cat named Bowie. I love cooking, knitting, crocheting, reading, writing and making monsters out of wool felt. My favorite colors are red, green, brown, yellow and orange. My favorite music is 1930's blues, circa Big Mama Thornton and Lightning Hopkins. I love kawaii and everything of the 1900-1950 style..

Thing I Cannot Stand Under Any Circumstances: Puffy Fabric Paint.

Thanks so much for crafting for me!!!

Her dirty paws and furry coat,
She ran down the forest slope.
The forest of talking trees,
They used to sing about the birds and the bees.
The bees had declared a war,
The sky wasn't big enough for them all.
