I made this bag for my sister for her birthday.  The pictures are totally waterproof and are printed on my el cheapo Canon printer.  If you are interested in the process, I have come up with my own recipe for Bubble Jet Set:  https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=129537.0

Anyway, the first picture is of her dog, Zoe (which when she sent me the picture, the dog nearly had to be put to sleep but all is OK now  Smiley ) and on the other side of the bag, her cat, Abby.  The pictures are also pockets.  The bag itself is 15 inches wide by 12 inches high:


and the next one is the obligatory photo of the inside (a zip pocket and three open pockets - with a zipper in the top of the bag to keep everything closed):
