Hey ya'll I made these a while back and I decided to submit it to ready made mag. But I thought I'd let my peeps on craftster ...uh.. peep at it first.
Below is a CU of the part hammered to the wall & the "instructions" I sent in. It's pretty simple. Hope you like.

Oh LP, LP, Lp's. How I miss thee. This Project is good for scratchy records, or LP's with a good lookin' label you find in the quarter bin. To make the mail slots you need records, nails, and a flame.  I reccomend you do this out side or at least with a mask on. Burning polyvinyl, -never good for the lungs.  I measured to about two thirds of the record, then I made my holes where where the nails will be. Have the LP about 3 inches above the nail holes for about a minute. Take a nail that's the size of the ones you'll use to hang these and open up the "hole"  by just gently pushing & spreading the polyvinyl.  Next step is bending the Lp to a 45 degree angle. in as much of a straight line as you can, bring the LP over the flame, (again about 3/4 inches above), and bring it back and forth over the flame, periodicly taking it off the flame and bending it till you've reached the desired degree. There you are. Hammer to wall, (carefully as usual) and let those bills pile up as per usual - but don't they look better now? "

okay so I put my own lil' voice in there. Hey tell Claire Bigbie that I finally sent something in. Unless of course I already sent this in before. I meant to, I just...can't remember. thanks

Waaaah! These are too cool.  We so need some sort of basic filing thingy in our kitchen.  We have a piling system on the table right now, which isn't ideal  Roll Eyes
