From the book Godless:

Just Al: I know that God is real. I feel his presence in my heart
Me: What does it feel like?
Just Al: It's hard to describe Jason. It feels good.
Me: Oh. I thought maybe it was like heartburn or something.

Stunning!
I love it as it is, but in my mind I am seeing it in Ivory.  Then moss green.  Then black.  Then saphire blue.  Then red-red.  Then brown/dark orange.
So gorgeous, so gorgeous!

That looks great!

I am impressed w/ your ambition to make your own wedding dress!  I decided about a year ago that while I would like to do that I just want to let someone else do all the work for me that day Smiley  Though, I am neither married nor engaged, so I guess I could still change my mind...

Wow that's a Flamingo in your photo!

Actually, I'm the same as you - It'd save a lot of money to make it myself, but I'd be too stressed to do that.. and too finicky! So i'm going to have someone make it. However, i wanted to see it ahead of time to see if it would be something I'd want to wear to the event (whenever that may be - i'm not engaged either). The answer is a whole-hearted YESSSSS!

True enough on the money saving...  The dress I want to wear some day is $450, which isn't terribly pricy as far as wedding dre

As for the flamingo (which is a stuffed one), I just wanted to be the Queen of Hearts for a minute... just need a red dress... and I am pretty sure that your dress here is what I would need Smiley  Maybe that's next year's Halloween costume!

How long did it take to make?
