Daisytatoo -- beautiful arch pics.  I love the reflection off the close-up.  Also love that floor tile.

Thanks! I had just gotten my camera so I wasn't very used to taking good pics with it yet. The pics would be so much more clear if I had a tripod. But I think they came out kinda spooky, which I like! It looked much different than I had suspected when you get up close.

The tile floor is at the City Museum. If any of you ever get the chance to go to it, please do! It is especially cool for children. I wish I had taken my son to it, although I woulda had a hard time keeping up!!!

The older I get, the harder it is to keep my camera steady.  But, I do like your blurred arch, tattoo -- the colors and reflections are very mod and warm and sci-fi-ish.  Smiley

theheartofgold, I love your HDR piece....if I may ask, which software did you use to create it and how many exposures is it composed of?

My favourite photo. was more of being at the right place at the right then my skill in photography.  Wink

This was a fence. and I didn't realize it until some time after the trip and I was looking through the photos taken.

My photography skills are rusty. So I'd be very glad for some critique. Thanks in advance.

They're very nice. I'm a total amateur, so I cannot give you constructive crticism on photography, but I like the look of them and I suppose that's the most important thing.
For example, I really like the combination of turqoise blue paint and reddish-brown rust on the fence!

Okay. I have to admit I totally didn't notice the paint and rust until you pointed it out.
