I am just checking to see if anyone in the Wichita area is a knitter and would like to learn some advanced techniques together.  I have been knitting for 5 years, but haven't moved past blankets and the occasional hat.  I would love to learn more about double point and circular needles, and work my way up to socks, sweaters (at least baby size), etc.  I work during the day but we could arrange a group thing or just meet as our schedules allow.  I am really excited to learn more and would love to hear from anyone else who is ready to rock out some serious knitting!

I'm in Wichita, but am no where near ready for advanced techniques - I haven't braved past knitting scarves yet!  If the weather would turn cool again, I may get back into knitting for the winter.

It has seemed a little warm for knitting, but I just crank the a/c and go to it!
