I have been looking for a spinning wheel AND somewhere to learn how to actually learn how to use it here in my omgeving (ZH, Den Haag.. tho I do have an OV so travel isn't a huge problem).

Not much came up anyway, and looking on speurders/marktplaats/ebay has helped very little.

Anyone know a place nearby or in any way can help me out with pretty much anything?

Thanks guys!

I was just looking on marktplaats and saw a spinning wheel! The ad doesn't give a lot of information, but it is in your region (Zuidland Zuid-Holland) and you can pick it up for free! The ad was posted today, it's in the knitting section. I don't seem to be able to put a link to it here, but it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Good luck.

sometimes i see them at the thriftstore (tweedehandswinkel) like once a month or so, for around 12 euro. sometimes they are a little bit broken, but most of the times you can fix it easy.

I recently found this site where you can order things for spinning, you can come there to pick it up as well, and they do workshops to learn how to spin.
On the photo it looks a bit like they live in the middle of nowhere, so I don't know how far the busses go. I mailed the owner and she sounds really nice and helpfull;
