my chestpiece when it was fresh.  It's almost a year old now - time to give blood then get another!

Yay, you posted it!
Really gorgeous.  I love the colors in the heart, and the skull is beautifully shaded.  And what an intriguing concept Smiley

thanks guys... i am already planning some additions but they are probably years in the future.  The heart is meant to be in the style of the early sculptures of Lee Bontecou, although a combination of inaccurate color and more.... abstract shading doesn't make it look as much like her work as i would have liked.  i like the tattoo, though, for sure, and it gives me an excuse to add to it.  the coyote jaws are a reference to a richard brautigan story from trout fishing in america, my all-time favorite book.

I've managed to work through this whole thread. Think my eyes were about to explode by the last page, but it was worth it!
So many lovely tattoos!

Planning to get my first tattoo soon.
Definitely getting it done on the base of my neck. Love that position.
Love music and bass guitar. I've been attempting to draw up some sort of symbol or design incorporating those aspects, however haven't succeeded with anything amazing yet.
Sketching ain't my forte, which doesn't help. Ha.

Yeah, I love the colors on those stars, and great placement!

I havent posted any other of my tattoos but here is my half sleeve.  I have 6 others.  This one I got the outline started on Dec 27 and then Im going the 3rd to get the shading.  i havent decided what color I am going to do but I want it very very bright vibrant colors.

Sorry if that are massive pictures.
