This is the first thing I've knitted besides a few scarfs..I think it turned out pretty cool.  I'm already working on another one for my sister.

thanks for all the nice words.  I didnt use a pattern, I made it using one of those round loom thingys..not sure what they are called.   I'm not sure what kind of yarn i used.  It came from my granny and did not have any label on it.   It was almost like regular yarn but it was extremely fuzzy   Undecided   Sorry I'm no help

Congrats on your first non-scarf project. My second project was hats and then I worked myself into mittens. You can get some easy two needle patterns online. Then you'd have a cute wintery set:-)
