It seems everything here requires a trip to the store to get the ingredients, or knowing how to use a stove/oven.

Who has some easy recipes  that you most likely hav ethe supllies on handy, and you can make with a microwave (or some that dont even need a microwave)

^_^ Canned biscuts, cinnamon, sugar, confect. sugar, butter. If you have all of that take the biscuts and quarter them, put them in something like a bowl that will fit in the microwave. Melt the butter and pour over the biscuts,  mix the sugar and cinnamon together (however much you like), and sprinkle it on top of the biscuts....pop them in the microwave and in about 5-10 mins you will have cinnamon rolls. Check them though because if you leave them in too long they will get really rock hard hehe make sure you kinda keep them coated too with the butter and cinnamon goo. Oh and mix the confect sugar with some milk and make a little glaze and pour over them. They are yummy. Grin

I do rice in the microwave.

1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 pat of butter or margarine
dash of salt
put in 2 quart covered dish
Heat on high 5 minutes, than at 50% 15 minutes
Perfect rice every time.

I also use the microwave to heat canned foods and most fresh and frozen vegetables.

I've recently purchase dthese AWESOME microwaveable chicken nuggets (well, my mom did...)
I was wondering if anybody knew of an easy way to spice them up?  There a bit plaine without sauce or anything.  I have mayo, ketchup, some barbecue sauces, the usual.  I have a list of whats in my fridgedaire.  I just can't find it.

Microwave omelets are awesome -- just put eggs in a microwaveable bowl, beat them and add whatever ingreds you like -- cheese, butter, onions, mushrooms, tuna, salsa, etc. -- and nuke in 40 second increments, taking the eggs out and stirring them until the omelet is nice and fluffy...
