ooooooooohhhhh..... Shocked i got the most amazing packie from my nssc, melmelon this week. k first, was some knitted dish/face rags/potholders (again amazed by your knitting talent) and then the cu-utest shower curtain with rubber duckies on it!! Cheesy  (have i mentioned that my bathroom is done in rubber duckies?Huh)  and while i was intrigued by your suggestion to alter it into a beach bag, i think it is so adorable i'm going to have to hang it up!!  and i will definately post pics when i do!!  and finally......a key cabinet!  have any of you read the "indian in the cupboard"?  i don't know why it reminds me of that kids book, but it does.  it is so cool!  she painted it pink with orange trim and the front was glitterfied in blue and then.......she glued a bunch of her old keys to the front!  Shocked how cool is that??!!  i really do love it and will not be redoing it!! and i'm already plotting where i'm gonna get more keys to put in it.  (my mom and sis suggested i put jewelry in it, but i stubbornley said no, it needs keys!)  i am going to take pics of it and the curtain this weekend and post them, because you rock melmelon!!  thank you so much!!
oh!! and it was all wrapped up in birthday cake paper!!   Cheesy very cool!

WooHoooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!! It made it!!!! intact?Huh the glitter stuff started out as some sassy saying..."where the hell did I put my keys?" but my hand slipped with the glitter glue (well, the three year old decided to come in and help...so there ya go) on the first word, so I just squeezed more glue and spread it out.....I am so relieved it made it...

DeniseM and I are on a manhunt with my post office.  Two months worth of packages from her made it to my post office, but not to me!  so the issue is currently with the consumer affairs office for USPS in my area.

i PMd Tracey about this.  Grrr.

On the other hand, DeniseM, you should be getting a package from me any day now!

Mindy is too good to me!  She sent me something I have been LUSTING after...a skein of recycled silk yarn (so soft and gorgeous!) and some VERY nice earrings that she made herself that are sterling and so very me  AND an entire BOOK of postcards of New York and a postcard from herself from New York!  I am so spoiled!

I got my purse and I like it very much but someone likes it a bit more..... my kitty. I was opening the envelop it came in and she was all twitchy and I didnt have it out 10 seconds and she stole it ran off with the purse dragging then sat on it.

Thank you very much on behalf of Daisy Boo.

Hey, hey Halidays!

It's a rainbow assortment!  Different colored pens, soap petals, pedicure-thingies and a crocheted cellphone/ID bag.  You're the best, girl - hope you like what you're getting!

Woohoo!  I heart Laminda!!!!  She sent me the most gorgeous pair of earrings she made (I'm wearing them right now, as a matter of fact!), fabulous fabulous yarn (to feed my knitting hunger!!!!), a Build Your Own Kaleidescope kit (so glad I didn't go ahead and buy one when I was in B and N the other day!), the most seriously awesome Balinese dancer cut-out (I'm not totally sure what it's made of, but it's fantastic!!!!), and a kick ass New York post card  (I will make it there one day)!!!!  Thank you so much (your package was so awesome, it made me abuse parenthetical notations  Cheesy)
