I'malready thinking about christmas present and for my dad I've been planning a sort of CSI or Law and Order in-a-box thing except I have no ideas of what to put in it! Any help?

make him a black pillowcase with a white body outline applique sewn on it.  a blanket with a crime scene tape theme....or you could switch it around and do the blanket with the body and the pillowcase with crime scene tape idea.

I know in my town there's a store where you can buy police tape... if you can find some it would be neat to incorporate. I know on the CSI craftalong thread there is a caution tape scarf (I THINK it was knitted and not crocheted). Ooh, stencil a shirt that says "I'm with Grissom," Cheesy
hmm Get him a tape recorder to keep notes and record that DUN DUN noise from... I think it's Law and Order I don't watch TV much. That way he can annoy people whenever he pleases. I apologize, I just had a long day at work haha. In any case I think that's a really neat gift.

Maybe you could leave "evidence" that would lead him to the box? That'd be fun!

Make sure there's a coffee cup and a donut in there (Hey...my brother's a cop so I can make cop jokes!)

Do you have a link for that? I think my brother would just about die if I gave that to him for Christmas...
