Yayayyyyayayayayy! I got the idea from https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=16097.0.
I made my own pattern though. I'm thinking about making another one and posting a tutorial for it.

This is the fronttt:

This is the whole thing unfoldeddd:

And there's three pockets in it, as well as little random ones for cards and stuff. Notice my student id card is turned around... i look like a retard in it.

and i put a little thing for a keyring to hold my key and fred meyer rewards card thing... and the big plain pocket is for my school planner, once they give it to me..

i forgot to take a picture of the middle one... but there's a big pocket there too.

Ooh, niftay! I've been meaning to get my ass in gear and make a new wallet for ages, this might just shove me in the right direction.  Cheesy Great job!

that is a very clever item. where did that fabulous fabric come from?

i carry only a check book, personally. when there's no cash in your pockets a regulr wallet is not needed. : )  but i've noticed that my credit cards keep slipping out of the pocket. and i don't mean at pay points, i mean in parking lots! boo! this is a very good one though. i bet you can keep lots of stuff in there and it still stays pretty flat, no?

there's an awful lot of binding on there too, you glutton for punishment, you! i might skip that part. hee hee hee. roughly how wide is it when flat? it looks a tiny bit longer than a regular check book, too.

Now that's just what I need for my many many cards. Great job! And you get extra points for the neat looking binding.

... and then you're everybody's satellite

Thanks, guys!

ANd umm i got the fabric from my aunt's stash, but i saw the same kind at joann's.

And i don't know what gave me the patience to put all that binding on...
Plus, i made it myself with scraps of another cool fabric.

It's roughly 12 1/2 by 8 inches..

And i didn't put any kind of cardboard or interfacing in, so it is pretty floopy... but that's because i don't put much in it, since i don't have my school planner yet.. haha.
