Yay! So i have just finished this draped peachy top. The fabric is made from peachy stretchy mesh and peachy t-shirt fabric underneath. It took for-ever! Because of the hand stitching and pleating. I had to sew most of it by hand (hems) and now my fingers have specks of scabs on them...but I think it was worth it!  Grin It was inspired by a swimming costume I found in a magazine a while back, but that was grey and had a REAL big price tag..outta my price range anyway!

The Back:

With a Belt:

I can't decide: with a belt or without? And with jeans or a skirt? I suppose the skirt would have to be a pencil skirt but then I have no high heals...gah, the pains of being a girl!  Cheesy Jeans it is then!

that is very pretty! I love how you did the hem on it. I think it's a very versatile top and youcould wear it any way you wanted to.

Phasing out my swaps for now. I'll swap again later!

Hey, that's great!  It looks like you could do the 'braided shirt' https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=115461.0 thing to the top of the collar!  Is that what that is, or did you sew it on?

It really looks great!

thats very pretty- and i agree with everyone else- it looks great any way you wear it, so just wear it how you feel like wearing it- and it'll look fantastic!

I hate to be a joykill, but to be honest, I don't think it's very flattering on you.  It's very pretty and I LOVE it (braids, pleats, AND Greek goddess-like? <3), don't get me wrong.  But I don't think it really suits your body type.
