I made these skirts and have been meaning to take pictures for craftster, but my digital camera has died. I have no hope for it's return, so until I get better camera equipment, I've taken these with my webcam. I apologize for the bad pictures, but not for my thighs. Those I've earned the right to <3!


Star Wars:

I made the striped skirt out of a pair of pajama pants. The Star Wars skirt is made out of curtains.... Because there are tons of Tee-shirt waistband tutorials out there I didn't make a tutorial for the SW one, but here's a tutorial for the other. It's my first one, so I'm sorry.

I would love some feedback if you can catch a moment... thanks Smiley

thank you! even if i'm not as good as the lot of people on craftster, and my sewing is crap of the crappest, i might as well make a contribution of some sort. Tongue

retardersauce, your name made me chuckle.   Cheesy  and your stripedy skirt reminds me of sunshine...which i'm a huge fan of.  star wars...never seen the movie [yes, i was deprived as a child] but the skirt looks fabulous.  bravo Smiley

Did you get the pajama pants from target, the first skirt looks like it's made from the same material I saw on some boxers there.

wow  too cute! funny thing i have a pair of pj pant exactly like that only different colors so i think i will do what you did only i can't read the tutorail (too small)so can you just type the directions normaly please? thanks

i am the .........
i have not complted one project and i can't sew or use a sewing machine......beat that!

Yes! I got them at Target! they were $3.88 on the Clearance rack. I was going to Mexico to get dirty building houses and I needed lightweight pants.. Now that I'm done with Mexico, though, I wouldn't dream of wearing them in pubilc as pants. They're just... too weird for me. Anyway, I bought 5 pairs of them all different patterns. I may make more skirts of a different style out of them.. I'll post pics if I get around to making them.

Oh, and Craftynot, yes I will type out the directions normally. But I think if you enlarged your resolution you might be able to see it (say, 800x600? *shudder*).

Oh yeah... I saw your Star Wars skirt and I thought it was funny because I had just got done making mine Tongue-----* I have a lunchbox too XD

Anyway I bought some really cute plaid fabric and now I dunno what to do with it. I feel stupid making skirt after skirt after skirt so these might be the last I do for awhile.
