The College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls offers a "Harvest Festival" where crafters can sell their goods in October or November every year. I once tried to sell my Barbie doll clothes there, but I barely broke even on my booth cost. I had lots of people look at my stuff, but they were trying to figure out how to duplicate the dresses I made.

You see, 90% of the folks in the Twin Falls area are fairly crafty themselves. So if you're not offering something too difficult for them to make, it's hard to get people to buy. That was my experience, anyway.
