I was brainstorming for a cute, small gift I could make for my niece.  I wanted something small that could fit in a package I'm sending her mom, and cute, but not too girly because she (like me) is a tomboy. Smiley

Enter the embroidered Dino softies!  Grin The patterns are from an Aunt Martha's Dinosaur book - I just embroidered on some scraps of fabric I had left over from cutting some slacks, and sewed and stuffed them.  Edges are a bit wonky, but I still love them... Smiley

Those are Awesome!   Shocked

I'm sure you're niece will love them.  I know I would love to receive a gift like them in the mail!

When I finally embroider, I hope my items come out at least half as decent as yours!  Great Job!   Grin

I read your manifestos and strange religious tracts.  You took me to your library and kissed me in the stacks.

I adore those-- what a fabulous idea!  Beautiful stitching as well-- and I love how you have the name of the dinosaur on the reverse side.

These are so great!  The trilobite's my favorite (you really don't see enough trilobite crafts) and I love the writing on the back.
