I got this pattern from a House of White Birches book called Easy Living Crochet. It measures 45"x64". In my zeal to get started I didn't totally read the notes! This time to my advantage though ... it was suppose to be done using 2 strands of yarn. I used one instead. So, when I was finished I had a lot of yarn left and only then did I realize what I'd done. No problem though; I made a lapghan using a pattern from LionBrand.com

That afghan is soooo pretty! I really like that stitch pattern, and your colors are lovely!

I really really want to make a ripple, and I even started one, but the ends were coming out all uneven, are they supposed to do that?

I made 2 ripples for X-mas presents.  The pink/white was my first ever ripple I ever did - I used the N hook pattern which uses 2 strands of yarn - it was very easy to do.

I was in a time crunch when I did the autumn ripple and did it in dc instead of sc which made it much wider - I'll stick to the sc from now on.

I also did another ripple but put in rows of popcorns but haven't taken pics yet.

Wow, you guys! There are some awesome ripples in here! I just started one (random stripes, five colors, worsted weight), and it's going to be HUGE! Each stripe (two rows per stripe) takes me about one movie to finish, and I get a little over three stripes per skein of Cascade 220. When I make my next one, I'm definitely going to do lots of colors, but this is a gift for a friend and the colors match her living room.

I'll post in-progress pics soon!
