i had a paper cd case that i had lost the CD and cut it to the size of an index card choosing what picture would look best of course... hole punched the cover and the index cards and then just made a little note pad to put in my purse and 1 in my car for when i need to jot down notes or i'm bored and want to doodle... i got the idea from this thread::

I've collected a box of these from friends and have been meaning to sew them all together into a wall hanging.  I was planning to sew onto a base of butcher paper.

If I get around to it I'll post a picture.

I took all of the CD booklets in my house, unfolded them, and wallpapered my ceiling with them. It looks really cool!!

(This is my first time posting. I love this site!)
