I painted all of these with acrylics. I mostly cut out pictures and half-ass stencil them. just to get an idea of where they should be placed on the shirt and then free-hand the rest.

price is right rules. glittery puffy fabric paint was used but smoothed down with a brush.

Labyrinth rules.  I still might add David Bowie, Ludo, or Hoggle to it.

On Engrish.com they had a picture of the KFC guy statue, with Uncle Sam written under it.  I thought it was hilarious because they do look rather similar..and it's a good statement about what America stands for. lol

I thought I was super clever taking a relatively popular Tool song (Schism) and making it about tetris because both rock. Plus it was funny for me to picture Maynard James Keenan (the lead singer of Tool) singing that song all frustrated while playing tetris..because the pieces were coming down too fast to make them fit.

Finally, my most proud piece. I finished this morning. FRAGGLE ROCK! The top picture shows the printed out heads under the row of my painted heads.

and heres without the pictures to compare, its a bit blurry.

And my tie skirt.  I added a little end of a tie to complete the waistband because the tie i used to do the waistband ran out.  It turned out to look like a fake pocket, so I like it.

Your painted shirts are sooo awesome! You did a great job with all of them- I especially like the fraggle rock one!

Great job on those shirts!  The painting is really neat-looking Smiley

I love your skirt too, especially that you mixed prints with ties that had just one big image on them Smiley

All of your shirts are so clever and well done! I'm also a fan of the skirt of course, and the fake pocket thing is really cool.

Those are great. The tetris and KFC shirts are my favorite. Really funny stuff.

Stop being so damned positive. Staring at the sun only blinds some one. By only looking at the positive, you miss an entire beautiful world of shadows and colors. Don't be overly negative, be realistic. The world is so much more complex and beautiful that way.
