yeah, i can't help but think having that thing in your closet will make you think of him MORE...how about selling it?  Then you could make money off your pain and angst  Wink

What a hot dress!! I especially love the sewing at the bottom -- you'll have no problem making him jealous in that Wink

Gah, my guy left today. Took his stuff and went. Well... almost all of his stuff... I may commandeer what's left of it for spitefull crafting purposes.

I say, while it is super hot, that you need to sell it, and thats more spiteful, how funny will it be if he ever calls you and asks "hey wheres my shirt" and then instead of "turned into a dress that looks hotter on me than the shirt ever looked on you" you can say "turned into a dress that I sold on Ebay"

I think Ebay is the ultimate way to get rid of an ex's stuff, but it makes more money if you craft with it first!

I must admit, his reaction if he ever sees you wearing it will be priceless.  I'm definately gonna start crafting with anything any future ex's leave at my place, if there are any *wishes she had more than a necklace that she keeps to make sure she doesnt date another loser like that*.  Such an excellent breakup therapy, then wear it once so they see how much better it looks on you before you sell it, you have to sell it cos then its the best of both worlds, cutting up his crap, then still getting to sell it.

I love the dress, I love the sentiment, and I love the fact that it's totally original!  And therapy or not, it must have felt good to destroy something and create something at the same time, regardless of the reason (although IMO the reason makes it even BETTER in this case!!).   Wink

That sounds like a great idea! Only prob is I don't have any of my bfs shirts! Lol! I could ask his sister!! what a way to piss him off, talking to his sister, and using his shirt as stress relief!!
I'm a very bitter person so if I made one, it would get alot of wear!!
