So many Trellises I thought I'd join:

Just waiting until I find some nice buttons. It's for my neighbour's grandson and he's not big enough for it yet. In the meantime, I've got one ball of yarn left (Rowan All Seasons Cotton) and manage to pick up 2 more balls in a sale at my LYS, voila:

and make this based on the Instant Gratification top at http://www.jenanne.com/instantgratificationpattern.htm. I did a different cable pattern so it's centrally based:

Thanks guys. The good thing about knitting for youngsters is that it's quick. I'm currently knitting myloveasdeep's minty fresh for my teenage daughter. Going well so far and also a quick knit. And easy.
