Here's another purse I made.  It is 2 strands of variegated lightweight chenille that I found all tangled up in the bargain bin - think I paid a dollar for each skein.  The handle is either fizz or cha cha - I forget which is which.  I couldn't get the colors right on camera, its a lot more....blended I guess is the right word.  Does anyone know who makes a variegated light chenille?  It didn't have a label when I bought it.

Bernat recently came out with a very light, soft chenille-esque (almost a very short eyelash?) that comes in 4 variagated colors.  It's called Lulu and it is, of course, baby yarn.  But the variagated yarns are blue/lime/turquoise/white, brightpink/lightpink/brightpurple/white, orange (like sherbet)/brightpink/lightpink/brightpurple, and lemon/lime/blue.  The colors ARE baby or child colors, but aren't washed out pastels.  And it is SO soft to the touch!

Lion Brand makes a "Chenille Sensations" that is a very short, worsted weight chenille that comes in nine variagations, but all but one of them are very evening.  Mostly blacks and greys with very deep, rich jewel tones.  The one that isn't is a navy and almost tweedy, denim blue color.

Was it maybe this?
I work at JoAnn and we keep this stuff in the bargain bin section.

At my lemonade stand I used to give the first glass away free and charge five dollars for the second glass... the refill contained the antidote.

That's not it, but it's pretty!  In the bargain bin, you say?  At Joann's?  Pardon me, gotta run....
