That box and stationary are gorgeous!

isn't it gorgeous?  They had other designs as well, but these flowers just jumped out at me...I got them at World Market, as well as the british choccies for Avsceriline.  Does anyone else have a World Market (aka Cost Plus) in their town?  They always have the coolest things...and my fave chocolate bars!!  And Bertie Bott's Every-Flavour Beans!  They're really gross....

I can tell you, Fall is composed of

1 part dead fish smell
1 part wet leaves
1 part arctic chilled air (not winter chilled variety)
2 parts crunchy walking
a pinch very cold rain
some apples you picked yourself
a few very still moments
a good deal of inner reflection

wow everything is looking amazing! and that hoodie is as always to die for!

my FOC is up there in the ranks of SUPER AMAZING AND TOTALLY COOL CRAFTERS too! look at all the beautiful things she sent for my third package!!!

amazing sushi stuff! i love love love the finger mitts she included (with thermal batting and everything) and the trivet rocks! definitely adds flair to my getting-there sushi kitchen! i also thought the tissues were so adorable as was the little eraser!

not only that but she went crazy with the hairclips! she made me a boatload of the cutest hairclips! in there are leaves, stegasauruses ( OH YES BE JEALOUS BAMBIKHAN!!!), beautiful and elegant glass cabochons and glass beads, and my very faves, funny little turtle ones! (they're hard to see but they're in the middle! the little turquoise blue zipper pull/cell phone charm is adorable too! and currently resides on my keychain! she also included some yummy lip balm samples!

but the most thoughtful gift of all was this lovely necklace she included that she made with me in mind, to help me get through the hardships of grad school (she's a grad school grad herself, so she's an authority) with gorgeous turquoise beads and a little "aya" charm which is a symbol of endurance and resourcefulness! i LOVE it!

sorry for the crap pics, foc! i tried to take them as clear as possible but they always get resized when i put them in the picture hosting! thanks so much FOC!!! i love everything!
