i was wondering if someone could help me, on how i would go about making this dress. i love this dress a lot but i'm not sure how to make it. its a chloe dress. so i would really appericate it if someone could maybe help me somewhat. thank you!!

i think you could do 2 things here
1, reconstruct an old skirt by adding some straps at what would be the waistline and some big cool buttons this seems like a pretty easy dress to make.
2, if you cannot find an old skirt buy a skirt pattern or make one up and add straps. i know for a fact that my moms closet is full of a line skirts that are about knee to midcalf that would make a perfect mini dress.
