Here are some photos of everything I sent to highway16:

Here's (almost) everything:

Here's a close up of Fred and Ginger in their new outfits:

A little glimpse inside the scrapbook:

And I also sent a magnet photo and "Activity Book" (for the long trip home!) which didn't make it into the first photo:

I had so much fun with this swap!  I can't wait for the next round  Smiley

So I lucked out as a swap angel and Sarcastra sent me what she was supposed to send her original partner.  So here's what I got!

Here's little Pawlette fresh from her travels.  Sarcastra said that she came with a little dressed but Pawlette likes going au natural (which is hillarious cause my significant other is a nudist and it's kinda rubbed off on me, she'll fit in perfectly!)

Here's Pawlette with her little cowboy hat with her scrapbook of her adventures (much better than the one I made...I am so not a scrapbooker, sorry Sarcastra!), a candle, postcards (I love postcards!), a CD (haven't listened to it yet), and orange fuzzy dice.

here's the stuff that she came with in her personal travel box.  A little teacup, a little craft basket, the red thing is that dress she came with, and under her folded up is the little quilt that was made for her.

Here's the outside of her personal traveling box with a Wyoming sticker on it.  Hopefully soon it will be covered with stickers of the places she's been!

Here's the quilt all laid out, on the right are two special soaps (the red one is of the shape of a covered wagon way cool!), in front is a little metal bit of a rabbit that says Wyoming on the bottom, a smashed penny (which is so cool since I collect smashed pennies), a little pin that says Wyoming, and to the left is the teacup and craft basket again, and that train is a pencil sharpener.

Thank you so much Sarcastra.  Pawlette is such a little cutie and you certainly are an awesome scrapbooker!

Wonderful!  I'm glad you like.  I can't wait to see photos of both her and my new Hughbert on their future travels.  The little metal figure is supposed to be a 'jackalope' = jack rabbit with wee antlers.  Rather like snipes in other parts of the country.

Also, just so that it is clear to anyone outside the swap: the stuffie sent to my angel (Listy) was not my original partner's stuffy - that was returned to her, her property after all, just without too many goodies.  The stuffie Listy got was a duplicate - another of the same critter I found on eBay when I realized I'd be in an angel situation.

I think this was a swell swap and am looking forward to round five.

Sarcastra - we think alike!  the train pencil sharpener you sent is just like the covered wagon one i sent!  very nice work!  love the soap and the box with sticker is a great idea!  cant wait to see pawlette travel again!  what a great angel you were!!!

Oh dear.  In trying to clarify myself, I managed to confuse the situation!  My original partner flaked, Listener15 was an angel for me.  Sorry about that.

I was happy to see your covered wagon sharpener as well.  I now suspect there are a variety of metal sharpeners in a variety of shapes being sold as touristy trinkets in numerous states.  I will be on the lookout for them from now on.

All the little visitor stuffies are becoming familiar faces.  I really am looking forward to the future adventures of the Mustachios, Fred & Ginger, Verity, Moore, Howler, Sam (and of course, Hughbert and Pawlette) and all the others I can't seem to remember right now.  They are like characters in a dynamic, participant-based show and tell here on craftster.
