Can anyone find an explaination for turning a heel that has pictures?  I can't find a tutorial or an explaination that makes sense to my poor newbie-knitting brain.  The pattern I've been knitting is cuff down, and the illustrated instructions I could find are all toe-up.

Jamais sans mes ciseaux.

Socks are great - after you figure out the heel it's smooth sailing!
