*drool* =d You've all done such a beautiful job on these! Oh if only I could knit... I would pause everything to finish a pair of these lovelies.
Hm, if anyone's willing to whip up a pair for me for a personal swap, please PM me! =D

I love everyones results, but the one yuvee made longer is brilliant!
I don't know what gauge the Maya is, but did you use the same pattern and needles as in the original pattern for it? And did you use Maya for the long one as well as the normal one?
I want to join in (if I find the time..) but I can't find the one mentioned in the pattern here.. the Maya however.. Smiley

I can't wait to make these.  I've forced myself to wait until I have other projects off the needles.  I have 2 balls of the Cashmerino and really want to make them longer.  I'd love to do them in reverse - palm down - so I can just knit until I use each ball up.  Any tips on how to convert this?

I finished the partner last night, and was thinking, wow, I have so much yarn left over... then looked down and saw I had forgot a cable repeat at the cuff  Cry So I have to rip out and restart. Its way too short and doesn't keep my wrist warm, which is the whole point of a wristwarmer  Roll Eyes

Very, very upset.  Angry

I think it's because I have a cold, and I was talking to my friend as I was marking off the rows I had completed, and got confused.

I hate being sick.

Sigh.  Undecided

It must have been Fetching Weekend - I made them too! I used the recommended cashmerino aran in a gorgeous teal colour - I was treating myself too Wink

They were my first non-scarf project, first cables & first time using DPNs, so i'm really happy with how they turned out - will definitely be making these again Smiley

Emms, I finished mine last night, but was too lazy to take a pic and post it, I already cast on last night a second one, but didn't have a chance to work on it yet. Voila, in Lamb's Pride Worsted in Orchid Pink. Love em =) I have a winter coat of the same color, so it's perfect.

Olgajazzy--I was just thinking about making these in LPW for a friend.  Did you change the pattern/use different needles or anything?

I finished these yesterday, but was too busy sneezing to take a pic of them:

I did an extra row of ribbing at the top, used 3.75mm needles because I have really small wrists and hands, used magic loop instead of dpns. I used  one skein of Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Aran in Black (300) and had alot left over!
